Overview

Support all objectives and goals of the Retail Sales and Development Department by executing a variety of administrative support functions to ensure the organized flow of daily business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and complete various reports for the Retail Sales and Development Department (which includes Private Client and Treasury Management Sales), on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Complete rate survey on a weekly cadence which includes current rates for all competitor institutions.
  • Report out some of those results to the other departments around the Bank.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining data spreadsheets on both an ad-hoc and regular basis.
  • Assist with data collection from the branch teams on items such as iPad usage, balance fluctuations and business pipeline.
  • Assist in developing presentations, performing spreadsheet analysis and helping deliver general communication from the Department.
  • Lead certain projects which will involve new sales processes, products, documentation and written sales procedures.
  • Conduct research and compile varying statistical reports as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance for the Retail Sales and Development Department.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required.
  • MS Office proficiency required (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.

COMPENSATION:

 

$21,00 to $25.00 per hour
