Overview

Analyze, build, monitor and assess datasets from varying sources to support the Bank’s strategic objectives. Gather business requirements to develop reports, analytics, and digital solutions, in alignment with requests from varying Departments. Monitor and maintain existing analytical solutions and workloads to ensure availability.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and communicate updates on build out of analytical solutions.
  • Build rich datasets, reports, and dashboards for various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Extract and implement data from various sources/data types, including but not limited to SQL, plain text, tabular, binary large objects (“BLOB”) and JavaScript Object Notation (“JSON”).
  • Analyze data from across the organization to identify opportunities for growth and to support the Bank's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate the monitoring and assessment of the performance of analytical solutions.
  • Discover and investigate data patterns that require further analysis.
  • Utilize appropriate tests to draw accurate conclusions and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality protocols, and standards, perform quality assurance testing and validation.
  • Help leverage newly adapted data systems like Microsoft Lists for Campaigns and contribute to the vision for larger project builds.
  • Provide ongoing support for existing data systems and related processes.
  • Support survey instrument development and implementation for improved services. Coordinate survey data collection and processing.
  • Communicate data analysis findings to stakeholders, leaders, and department heads and solicit feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or HS diploma with minimum 2 years of related experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an applied analytical role required.
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics preferred.
  • Prior experience with Snowflake preferred.
  • MS Office advanced knowledge specifically Excel (pivot tables, logic functions, lookups and complex formulas).
  • Experience with SQL reporting and/or tabular data.
  • Familiarity with survey methodology and collection tools.
  • Demonstrable experience using data wrangling software like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Professional experience in a common statistical or data science tool such as R, Python, Azure Cognitive Services preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position requires flexibility and willingness to be available to work generally during normal business hours, but can include early mornings (6am), evenings and weekends.

 

The successful candidate will be required to prove on the first day of work that they are legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Bank will not sponsor a candidate for a visa or for work authorization.

 

COMPENSATION:  $80,000  to $100,000 annually
